Walks
Their swarming mass is an innumerable collection of singularities. Their intertwined paths give their shape to spaces. They weave places together. In that respect, pedestrian movements form one of these 'real systems whose existence in fact makes up the city.

Existing Walks
Walks are selected in the main iPhone settings menu. WalkSpace has the following walks:
A Line Made by Walking: a re-enactment of the classic Richard Long piece. Follow the instructions until your line is complete. Works best on grass or earth.
Fluxus Walk: Inspired by Fluxus artists and the 1976 Flux-Tours this walk will regularly change
with new tasks and challenges.
My Daily Walk: my daily route through Dublin to the studio, annotated

An important aspect of WalkSpace is the ability for users to add their own walks to the app. New walks will be listed here with URLs which can be added to the app at any time and new walks will be permentaly added to the app in regular scheduled updates.
Adding a walk
Walks can be added in the WalkSpace settings accessed from the iPhone settings icon. Walks can be chosen from the fixed menu or added by URL.
Submit a walk for WalkSpace
To add your walk create a Google Maps mymap ( click here for how-to). Remember at each point of your walk to tell us a little about each location. Save your walk as a .kml file (in edit mode in My Maps click the View in Google Earth link on the right hand top menu bar) and email it to walks[AT]walkspace.org.
