Tonight I was asked by the editor of a small UFO newsletter (CNI News) to
comment on a recent letter signed by former CIA Director R. James Woolsey et
al regarding my meeting with him on December 13,1993. Apparently, this
letter was sent to Michael Lindemann for publication in the September 30
edition of the CNI newsletter.
Mr. Woolsey and the others question the accuracy ( or manners) of my
depiction of this meeting in the introduction of my new book
"Extraterrestrial Intelligence: The Evidence and Implications"
(www.DrGreer.com). You can read this introduction on the website for yourself.
Mr. Woolsey et al have a very selective memory of this nearly 3 hour briefing
of a sitting CIA Director. If anything, and my wife who was present can
attest to this, my description of the meeting is incredibly understated.
In his letter, Mr. Woolsey (now apparently a lobbyist in Washington) implies
that this was not a briefing but only a dinner party, and that the dinner
party was not a cover story for the briefing, etc.
It must be understood that it was a friend of the CIA Director, Mr. Petersen
- not myself - who characterized the dinner party as a cover story for the
meeting with the CIA Director. Indeed, Mr. Petersen made the arrangements for
this meeting and hosted it at his home in Arlington VA . He told me and my
wife that even his wife did not know Mr. Woolsey was coming to their home for
dinner until the morning of the briefing.
They claim my characterization and specific references describing the meeting
were inaccurate. Not at all.
Quoting from a sensitive memo FedEx'ed to my home from Mr. Petersen, who made
all of the arrangements with the CIA Director:
"I talked to Woolsey this morning and he (underlined in the original)
suggested getting together over dinner. He was not aware of your organization
or that anyone was planning such an announcement {regarding UFOs/smg} . This
almost certainly means that , 1)there is an active attempt being made at
lower levels of government to sabotage Project Starlight {the CSETI UFO
disclosure effort/smg}, 2) this group almost certainly has tapped your phones
and is aware of most of the details of your plans..."
"If we do have dinner with Jim (Woolsey), we will have moved this whole
thing to a much , much higher plane and in doing so raised significant red
flags for those who don't want to see this succeed. Operation Starlight will
become a serious (underlined) threat to the status quo."
"Meetings with people like Woolsey must be kept very closely guarded. I have
not even told Diane {Mr. Petersen's wife/smg} about it."
"You must understand that great principalities and powers will oppose your
plans..."
Then, all in bold: " Remember: the most powerful people in the world will
have a deep, compelling interest in our activities and will use everything
(in italics) at their disposal to effect their objectives."
And so forth.
Mr. Petersen, who heads up a national security think tank called The
Arlington Institute, was working very closely with me during those days and
had substantial experience in national security and military matters.
From the above quotes it is obvious that this was no mere dinner party! The
dinner party was only the cover - and the stakes were and are every bit what
Mr. Petersen describes.
As for other information contested in Mr. Woolsey's letter, I stand by the
account. Regarding Mr. Woolsey's UFO sighting : This was first conveyed to me
by his long-time friend Mr. Petersen and was later confirmed at the briefing.
In my new book, I reproduce the document handed to Mr. Woolsey during the
briefing. In this document, which I handed personally to him, we recommend
that Mr. Woolsey and the President move decisively towards a near-term
disclosure of the UFO/ETI matter. Just a dinner party?
I am certain that Mr. Woolsey knew the UFOs were real and that a very deep
cover project was running that area - a project which had kept the CIA
Director himself in the dark.
Later in their letter, Mr. Woolsey et al complain that my conduct
"contravenes ....simple manners". Manners? I was on Larry King Live over 9
months after the meeting with the CIA Director . But this meeting was not
disclosed, because Mr. Woolsey was still in office and I felt decorum
necessitated silence regarding such meetings. I have behaved with the utmost
restraint and have disclosed such matters only after very careful
consideration. Indeed, I would not be writing this letter except that
Lindemann at CNI plans to publish Mr. Woolsey's 'sanitized ' account of the
briefing and has compelled me to write. (Why Mr. Woolsey et al would make
such a letter available to Lindemann is beyond me.) I made no pact of
silence regarding such meetings. And since disclosing this meeting, I have
always portrayed Mr. Woolsey and his wife as people seeking the truth of
such matters and as people who wanted excessive secrecy ended. Perhaps I was
wrong...
Manners? Indeed - if anything, perhaps I have been too restrained.
Good 'manners' as it pertains to this subject means speaking the truth - and
being willing to stand up for it. Good manners would be public servants such
as Mr. Woolsey, Dr. Woolsey and others doing the right thing and working
ardently for the truth to be told regarding UFOs and ETI. Good manners
should mean being more concerned for the health of our democracy and the
constitution than covering-up the import and purpose of such a briefing. And
good manners would be joining in the effort to disclose a matter which, once
made public, would allow earth-saving technologies to be revealed which would
halt the wholesale destruction of our eco-system.
As a very busy emergency doctor in NC, with 4 young daughters, I assure you
that we did not make that brief trip to Washington DC on December 13, 1993 to
sight-see or just to have dinner. But rather, we made that journey to plead
for the end of super - secret projects which are being withheld from the
people so that our democracy could be made whole and our children's future
made sustainable.
The current attempt to minimize, obfuscate or cover-up the purpose and
details of this briefing with the CIA Director is quite disconcerting -and
strange. Why Mr. Woolsey and the others would write such a letter is unknown
to me. We can only speculate. I stand by my account. But now, perhaps the
time has come for ''we the people' to demand that current and former
officials such as CIA Director Woolsey and the President be held responsible
for the the lack of action on resolving this most pressing problem. After
all, we pay their salaries, provide their perks - and they represent us. It
is not I who needs defense. My actions over these long years have spoken my
commitment. But we still await action from our elected and appointed
officials. As the earth groans under the weight of the errosive and
corrupting influences of big money and special interests, I wonder just how
much longer we shall have to wait...
I think it is time that the American people demand that the waiting time be
over.

Joe,
I was contacted last night via email by Bob McCoy, he has a very =
interesting web site with some cream 'o the crop interviews and =
contacts, he no longer wants to deal with maintaining his web site and =
only wants to do interviews.
He has asked me to take his entire web site and consolidate it into my =
existing site. And wants to continue producing interviews. He is =
planning to redirect his domain names to my site once the consolidation =
is completed.

Montana UFO Sighting Update - Weather Clears...It's Still There

ST IGNATIUS, MONTANA
--The ongoing UFO sightings have continued into the 11-10-1998 time frame.
Cloud cover broke for this night and the UFO, alone, was there as it had been
only lower in altitude and slightly further south toward the town of St. Ignatius,
Montana, itself roughly 10 miles south of Ronan along the southern edge
of the sprawling Mission Valley.
Due to nearly 100% cloud cover with snow and storm over the last several
nights viewing has been null from 11-6-1998 to current.
Observation was made by local law enforcement as well as workers at the
manufacturing facility mentioned in previous posts and other civilians who
happened to notice the craft and reported same. Total on witnesses as of
this writing has exceeded 600 area wide.
There has been no further reporting by outside news sources other than that
posted already. Lake county sheriff office personnel have continued to look
into the matter with no availing information over and above what visual obser-
vation has provided. Local law enforcement in the towns of Ronan, St. Ignatius,
and Polson have done the same. They too have garnered no conclusive data
on this sighting.
Reporter has yet to successfully witness UFO firsthand but is making arrange-
ments to attempt this in forthcoming nights when conditions abide for such. In so
doing two Navy SEAL high resolution digital compasses will be set up four miles
apart along the north / south route of highway 93, thus providing for triangula-
tion, distance from the center of highway 93 --- a logical azimuth anchor point to
the observed craft, size of craft, altitude, and if detected movement can be
attained, thus, inherent speed in relation to observed location.
The viewing time and conditions for this latest sighting was from 1:27AM to 3:34
AM when cloud cover obliterated the viewing window. During this time of clear-
ing the sky was cloudless, exceptionally clear, stars in abundance, temperature
in the 5 degree F range, no moon as it had set over the mountains to the west,
no wind at surface. However, at 20,000 feet ASL the west to east winds are a
steady 120 MPH over the Rocky Mountain Front complex coming from WWS
blowing toward the EEN in a direct line. Witnesses reported the conditions were
clear enough to single out a defined shape behind the previously described light-
ing of the craft but it was too vague to accurately describe. Several witnesses
used hunting type binoculars for observation but they have yet to be interviewed
by this reporter.
Craft was 8 nautical miles distant from viewing locale at manufacturing facility &
at altitude of approximately 14,000 feet ASL, and 4 miles further south than pre-
vious sightings since 10-16-1998.
ERRATA -------
Numerous emails to reporter have suggested this sighting is everything from ours,
balloons, holograms. From experience over 19 years with NASA at various test
sites around the country and overseas as well as a Navy SEAL active until 1990
and Reserve Status since that date to current, reporter can testify this sighting
studied from interviews and reports from law enforcement, witnesses, and the
NORAD/Fence database program, anomaly is nothing in our paucity for under-
standing. It is not of our technology. It is not an apparition. It is a physical
vehicle with mass of unknown origin.
It is an unknown and in Aerospace/military vernacular, listed as a 'GRAY'.
The only remotely close related vehicle that could exhibit anything related to
this anomaly is the Aurora high propulsion VTOL capable aircraft. However,
tests and performance of this vehicle precludes the following:
It is and has been grounded for further structural tests at Area 51, Edwards Air
Force Base, [Dryden], and at parent contractors test facilities at Palmdale, CA,
at Lockheed, McDonnell Douglas, and Northrop. Aurora has not flown since
1-9-1998. Its only known public observation was during test flights over Area 51
on the afternoon of June 21, 1992, and video taped by cameramen from NBC
News. Subsequent tape was shown and narrated on the NBC Nightly News the
following night with narration by Mr. Brokaw, the nightly news anchor.
Aurora cannot hover in air at that altitude, temperature
differential, present cross wind, nor can it evade F16F class aircraft.
Aurora is a small craft in size comparison to the F-117
Montana anomaly is guessed (by witness account) to be somewhere at 600 feet
on a side and triangular in shape. Aurora is of the shape of a June bug, 1/700
th this size.
Aurora could not be seen with unaided eye at this distance of observation as
reported under any conditions.
Thus, this UFO is not Aurora

The 'Fence' protocol at NORAD is a remarkable program made up of many tech-
nicians monitoring a series of interleaved grids coming from Geostationary high
orbit satellites. The office tracks all 9,653 man made objects in space
orbiting Earth. These include a pair of gloves from Gemini 6 and some dozen
washers dropped on a repair mission on STS-51A on a shuttle mission
and every other orbiting object of artificial origin along with the occasional met-
eorite that may remain in Earth's space for some overly long seconds.. If some-
thing untoward enters into the tracking field (the fence) it then begins a series
of tracking logarithms to track speed, location, altitude, departure angle, mass,
heat, and inherent velocity. From there it runs a test for itself to confirm that
whatever it is is not something we have in space. From there a management
program kicks in called, 'Intruder Assessment'. If a series of democratic proto-
cols weigh out then the next step is to start a series of visual confirmations with
our own air assets. Stealth 117A and or SR-71 are dispatched to attempt inter-
cept. From there the 'Fence' protocols go through a series of 'what is' formats
until the intruding element is either confirmed to be something from us or an un-
known. Unknowns are called a 'Gray'.
This is because the unknown is there in space but is not ours. It is not a 'target
white' (friend) nor a 'target black' (foe).
Thus far the Montana UFO is a 'Gray' as listed. It is also the 117,443 unknown
to be catalogued at the 'Fence' office at NORAD or SAC since 1966, globally.
It is suspected they (NORAD) have moved any one of three Keyhole deep-look
satellites into position in high Earth Orbit to watch this bogey when it appears
since conventional ground based air assets have failed to acquire craft for con-
firmation due to vehicle exhibiting phasing or some other type of eluding of recon
aircraft.
UFOs are not referred to as such in the military/NASA parlance. They are either
a 't-white' (target white) if friend, 't-black' (target black) if a foe. Unknowns are
a 't-gray' or sometimes a 'tg' for an acronym if not of Earth origin. The Montana
UFO is not of Earth origin.

serious problem with the theory of reverse speech

For more than two years now, i have had serious problems with the
theory of reverse speech the way it stands now.
For a start it is not as cut and dry as i have always presented it as
being. The reverse phrases are elusive and illusionary and can rarely
be found word for word by other people. With all the students I have
trained over all these years, I have yet to have a transcript turned in
that contains more than a few common reversals. In other words,
students document totally different reversals on the same track.
Sometimes these reversals will communciate common meaning,
othertimes they will not. Furthermore, students will tend to doc-
ument the same "type" of reversals. For example, I will usually
document short concise reversals, other people will tend to doc-
ument long sentences, others again will document half sentences
etrc etc - and this documentation and listening style will tend to
remain the same no matter how many years of training a person
has had. All this tends to suggest that the reversals are a creation
of the listener, more so than the speaker.
Secondly, reversals can rarely be heard by others without prompting
- even I have this problem after 17 years of practice. Unless I am
told beforehand what the reversal says, i am usually unable to hear
it. Conservely, though, if the reversal is NOT there, it is difficult
to hear no matter how many times someone asks you to hear it.
Thirdly, on the same vein. is the instance of "Layered Reversals"
- where several different reversed phrases can be heard on the
same section of tape depending on what is listening for.
Fourthly, different people with different biases will come up with
totally different reversals and interpretations on the same tape
depending on their biases. We saw a graphic illustration of this
when the Art Bell/Oates settlement tape was published. Different
people found reversals on me that showed I was either a conman
or shark / or i was genuine in my apology / or i was lying / or i was
under stress - four different outcomes depending on whether you
liked me or not!
All of thse facts point to reverse speech as being unreliable
in both documentation and interpretation. Yet, at the same
time, duing my 17 years of work, i have a sufficient number
of reversals that CONVINCE there is something to this but
what it is???? That requires far more work to determine.
Certainly it is not as cut and dry as i have presented it as
being.
The other significant concern I have is the instance of the
phenomenon known as reversal reaction. There is a major
major down side to reverse speech in the form of the many
neagative reactions in creates in people. I see with most new
students who come through - in the first few weeks they will
become moody and irritable - dreams will increase dramatically.
- In session work, i will see the client obtain releif for the
issue they came to see me about but at the same time, i will
see many other negative issues arise that can be devestating
in their impact. So concerning have been these negative side
issues that i have actually stopped seeing clients now until
i can get a better handle on it.
I have often advised people to NOT lsitneing to their own
reversals of those of their spouse - I say this, because i
ahve seen diasasters arise by doing this. I have seen
marriages break up and I have seen people become moody
and despodant - sometimes down right psychotic from
lsitneing to their own reversals. On the same token, is the
person who analysing a tape - eg: the analyst - after many
many hours of listening, it will cause personal problems
similar to the effects of "reaction" - usually the analyst is
blind to these effects and they will increase substantailly
over time. This is why there are few practising analysts in
the field after the many 100s i have trained.
Also, I am VERY concerned by the emergence of many
splinter RS groups each spouting their own particular
brand of RS - the latest being Time Distorted Speech
on Clay's board. This is fragmenting the field and making
it even less reliable and consise - its is becoming just
nother new age fad with little reliablity and consistency.
Lu's study with constant reversals showed up these
inconsistencies greatly - hearing varies from person to
person.
I could go on and on but the bottom line is this. RS is NOT
cut and dry - the theory I have been putting forth is becoming
less and less set in stone the further we continue gathering
data.
I dont know what the answer is. I know some aspects of RS
are very real, but many others are not including its reliability.
It is NOT reliable and it causes emotional instability in both
the analyst and person listening to their results.
This observation that I painfully come to over the last couple
of years is IDENTICAL to the ones that were reported to have
been made by the alledged govt research into RS in the late
70s. According to rumor, the research team degenrated into
an emotional whirlpool of tempers and confusion, and resulted
in a final summation of "It is too unreliable to be used"
So where to from here ----- i dont know. There is something to
RS but I dont have all the answers and some of my other
answers have been wrong.

Specific comments - 2/ Psychic phenomena

Like it or not - the fact is that psychic phenomenon has been obsreved
frequently around RS - the most common being odors, secondly sounds
in the air around, thirdly, levitation, and fourthly, shadows and visions
in physical space.
I have observed all of these, and other analysts have experienced some
of them depending on how long they have been doing RS - usually two
years or more is the start point (ie: they begin to occur after doing RS
for 2-3 years)
Some have suggested this is Satanic or occultic. I dont believe that
at all. They said RS was satanic way when too. If you believe that
then every christian on the face of the planet is satanic cos they all
have reversals. If you beleive that psychic pheneomena is satanic
then you must also believe that "satan" has the power of creation,
and in my bible that is blasphemy.
I believe that ALL things were created by God, and all abilities given
to man were given to him by God, and we are only just beginning to
awaken to them.
According to RS, the sense of smell is a
very strong human sense. We are both transmitting and receiving
odors all the time as another form of unconscious communication.
I think that what is happening wiht the odors at least is that after
many years of constant RS listening, the right brain or uncosncious
has been stimulated to a point that what was once unconcsious
communciation (odors) has now become conscious.

...who have experienced odors all their life. It is not as uncommon
as people may think - the smell of roses has also been reported
around saints and holy men etc. In RS, the metaphor Rose signifies
spiritual enlightment or awakening. So please dont get me wrong
by saying it only happens around RS - it does not of course, but i
do think that prolonged contact to RS enhances it.

After checking with legalities, the story is now ready for the
public ... Recent sighting of the Navy stealth ship 'ZEUS' was
seen recently at an unknown port in the Pacific. One of the rare
times it docks, it was seen and photographed by three individuals ...
The ZEUS, one of two stealth ships, was origionally a 'cable-
laying ship' converted fro Naval use. A 'friend' who is currently
aboard another Navy vessel, in a civilian-contractor capacity took
the photo. After seeing a years' worth of his personal photos, I
noticed the 'ZEUS'. It looks like a digitally created 'cartoon ship'
with all smooth surfaces - no sharp corners of any kind. It appears
roughly as a 'ship outline', and has some below deck windows ... that's
where the similarity ends. The color is WHITE, and sort of 'textured'.
Like the stealth aircraft, there are NO corners, nor sharp lines, but
all rounded. The photo was taken from a dock, showing others also
taking a photo as well. Based on the size, judging from the autos
on the pier, as well as the people, it's probably quite small, no
larger than a PT boat, or a 'mini' cruise ship. It's a surveillance
ship, supposedly outfitted with electronic gear for evesdropping, and
little defensive capabilities, I'm told. The color allows it to be
invisible in the Arctic, and it's frequently in Northern waters, among
icebergs. Rumors are it frequents Russian waters as well. While I can't
verify it's radar invisibility, it certainly is optically invisible ...
When my friend brought over his photo album, I removed the two photos
of the Zeus and attemted to 'copy them' - that's where you can appre-
ciate the stealth qualities of this intersting ship. Using a state-
of-the-art digital camera, and a portable 1,000 watt light/reflector
as a camera copy stand setup here at work, I was UNABLE to duplicate
the photographs at all. Normally, in my webmaster duties, I frequently
duplicate still photos, using the digital camera/ light stand setup,
with usually good quality. Despite some 'generation loss', the photos
do work on my website ( AREA 51 photos are an example ).
In this case all that shows up on the digital 'negative' is the total
'outline' of where the ship should be, all white, and suprisingly it
does vanish into the background ! Some windows, and masts were seen
floating in the photo, but I immeadiately got the idea, that when
viewed at a distance, those details too would be 'invisible' as well.
Dissappointed that I couldn't duplicate the photo, nor even see any
detail on the 35 mm negative, I gave up trying to have a copy of the
Zeus. We were both surprised that any detail was seen in the photo
print at all. Conclusion : the 'digital cartoon' ship is truly a
stealth ship, optically invisible at even a short distance, especially
given its normal area of operations in the North Pacific amoung the
background of iceburgs ...
My friend was somewhat concerned over 'non-disclosure' clauses for
military sub-contractors, but we reasoned that the ship usually never
docks except for maintainance, and is probably supplied it's supplies
and crew by other ships ... if it has a home port, it is an unknown ...
Perhaps more information in another year ...

Ending the secrecy surrounding the UFO/ET subject is a laudable goal. It is
long overdue. It would transform the world in ways both simple and profound.
And yet it is fraught with danger.
The covert projects which have been running UFO related programs for nearly
60 years are not interested in a disclosure which upsets their apple cart.
They want such a disclosure to transform their apple cart into a freight
train. And they potentially have the power and connections to do it.
There are multiple scenarios attending the disclosure of the UFO subject-and
not all of them have the best interests of humanity at heart. Elsewhere, in
the new book 'Extraterrestrial Contact: The Evidence and Implications'
(www.DrGreer.com) I write about the kind of disclosure the world needs. An
honest one. An open one. One which replaces secrecy with democracy. A
disclosure which is peaceful, scientific and hopeful.
But then there is the disclosure the powers that be would like to see:
Manipulated. Calculated to consolidate power and engender fear. Configured in
such a way that chaos and a deepening need for Big Brother is carefully
inculcated into the masses.
We have seen the plans and it is not a pretty picture.
I write this as a warning. A warning that the wolves in sheep clothes are
very cunning indeed. And have almost limitless resources. Most who work with
them do not even know they are wolves. Indeed, it is likely that many of the
wolves have been convinced that they are sheep.
The UFO matter is not so much a mystery as a matter deliberately obfuscated
and mystified. Confusion and a lack of clarity serves the larger covert goal
of keeping it off the long- range radar of society while power and plans are
consolidated quietly. And the one thing more dangerous to society than all
this secrecy is a planned, contrived disclosure run by the keepers of the
secrets.
For years such plans have been made - to be unfurled at just the right time.
During a time of great expectation. Of social confusion. Perhaps of
millennial madness?
I have personally met with a number of people who are very involved with such
plans. I do not speculate here. Be aware: The disclosure of UFO reality is
being planned very carefully. It will assiduously follow a scheme to spin the
subject in just the right way - the only way which will further redound to
the glory and power of the secret-keepers. It will be a false disclosure -
one born out of the age-old bane of human existence: selfishness and greed.
Greed for power. Greed for control. Greed for domination.
We must be mature and informed on such matters. Only a vigilant and informed
public can see through such deceit - and correct it should such a plan be
unfurled. Every citizen needs to know that great good can come from the
truth being known. But the mature citizen must also recognize that the
'truth' can be spun and spun again -until the goals of those who crave secret
and overt power are met.
Consider: One scenario for disclosure is that the UFO and Extraterrestrial
subject is acknowledged in a way which is scientific and hopeful. Excessive
secrecy which lacks executive branch and congressional oversight is ended.
Humanity begins to entertain open contact with other civilizations, with
peaceful engagement as the goal. Technologies which are currently suppressed
are allowed to be disseminated: Pollution ends. An economy of abundance and
social justice is firmly established. Global environmental destruction and
mind-numbing world poverty become a faint memory. Zero-point based energy
devices transform the world. Electro-gravitic devices permit above ground
travel without paving over the world's precious fertile farm land. As an ET
once told Colonel Philip Corso, " Its a new world, if you can take it...".
This is the disclosure which we are working for.
But the disclosure envisioned above could have happened in 1950. It did not -
Why? For such a disclosure would lead to the total transformation of the
status quo. Centralized energy systems would be obsolete. Oil would be useful
only for lubricants and synthetics. The geo-political order of today would be
a thing forgotten: Every country and people on earth would have such a high
degree of progress and advancement that all nations would have a seat at the
global table. Power would need to be shared. Peaceful acknowledgment of life
from elsewhere would make the earth seem like the very small, organic
homeland which it is. The vast trillion dollar global military - industrial
sector would be reigned in. And a universal spirituality might dawn...
But remember, there are hugely powerful interests who dread this scenario.
For them, it is the end of the world as they know it. The end of centralized,
elite power. The end of a controlled geo-political order which today leaves
nearly 90% of the people of earth barely one step out of the stone age. And
they do not wish to share the power they wield.
Now, let me describe the 'disclosure' which would make these covert control
programs happy. This is the false or contrived 'disclosure' which has only
one clear goal: The further consolidation of their power and their paradigm.
It has to do with fear, not love. With war, not peace. With division and
conflict, not unity. It is the dominant paradigm - but it is slipping away
slowly. And a carefully orchestrated disclosure of the 'facts' of the UFO and
ET subject could secure their power. This is the disclosure which is to be
dreaded. This is the disclosure to watch out for. This is the disclosure
which is already occurring.
My meetings over the past 9 years with covert operatives who have worked on
UFO related programs have introduced me to some characters right out of a spy
novel - and then some. Whether in private high tech industry, at the Pentagon
or at a midnight meeting in a private mansion, a theme has emerged. It is one
of immense, though currently hidden, power. It transcends government as we
know it (at this point the government of 'We the people...' has been made
irrelevant on this issue). And the theme has two main strands - the eventual
covert militarization of the ET subject and a weird covert religious strain
which can only be viewed as bizarre.
Here, we find some very strange bed-fellows indeed. War mongers and
militarists in cahoots with industrialists who share a certain bizarre
eschatological bent: A dark view of the future, featuring an extraterrestrial
Armageddon - or at least the threat of it. Such a theme supports retrograde
and fanatical religious causes as well as deeply covert military-industrial
plans to expand the arms race into space.
In fact, the big players in the so-called 'civilian UFO community' are tied
into such beliefs and agendas. It strains credulity, I admit, but here is
what we have found by penetrating these operations.
From a military-industrial perspective, the disclosure of choice is one which
frames the UFO/ET issue in a threatening manner. If a threat from space can
be established ( as President Reagan liked to say) then the entire world can
be united around the need to fight such a threat. This would ensure trillion
dollar plus military - industrial spending well into the next century, and
beyond. If you think the cold war was costly, wait until you see the price
tag for this ' protection' from the 'threats' in space: The trillions spent
on the cold war will look like a blue light special.
Retrograde and fanatical religious groups, similarly, have great vested
interests in fulfilling the promise of Armageddon. An eschatological
paradigm, well enshrined in the belief systems of those running covert UFO
projects, is supported by the portrayal of a cosmic conflict in the heavens.
Voila! We have the necessity of spinning the UFO/ET issue in the evil
invading aliens (translates in religious terms as demons) direction. Indeed,
this has already been accomplished , courtesy of the 'civilian UFO community'
and the tabloid media (which at this point is virtually all media...).
Additionally, there is a subtext which can only be viewed as thinly veiled
racism. You will note that part of the 'new myth' regarding UFOs involves the
'good ET s' , which invariably are described as 'Pleidians' who are
'handsome' white, blue-eyed Aryan appearing types. Naturally, those 'evil,
bad ET s' are darker, shorter, look funny and smell funny. Please. Such
clap-trap would have us trade age-old human racism for an extraterrestrial
variety. This nonsense and propaganda could only make Hitler proud.
In one lengthy meeting with a multi-billionaire, I was told that he gave
great support to UFO activities which propel the so-called 'alien abduction'
subject into public awareness because he wanted humanity to unite around
fighting this 'alien threat'. Later, this very influential figure informed
me that he believed these demonic ET s were the cause of every set back in
human history since Adam and Eve. Sound familiar?
Military interests, which are heavily involved in covert projects which hoax
ET events, such as human military- related abductions, have a shared goal of
demonizing the UFO/ET phenomenon. Doing so lays the foundations for the fear
and dread necessary for an organized opposition to all things ET. And this
subserves the long - term need to provide a rationale for an expanding global
military even should world peace emerge. In fact, under this scenario,
'world peace', or strictly speaking peace on earth, could be secured by the
world uniting, eventually, against the 'threat from space' referred to by
President Reagan. (By the way, personally I believe Reagan was the victim of
disinformation specialists who surrounded him and who manipulated him into
the statements he made on this subject.)
Under this scenario, currently being gamed and 'disclosed' courtesy of the
trial - balloon UFO 'community', we would get peace on earth - in exchange
for inter-planetary conflict. One step forward, ten steps back. Wonderful.
Such a false and contrived 'disclosure of the truth' regarding UFOs and ET s
would, then, subserve agendas held by powerful covert interests in both the
military - industrial sector and those of a strange collection of religious
fanatics, who pine for Armageddon - and the sooner the better.
Lest the reader think such a strange amalgam of militarists and cult-like
religious interests are unlikely, remember the weird views of the Third
Reich. Or more recently, the views of one US Department of the Interior
cabinet secretary during the Reagan years named James Watts. It was he who,
not knowing a microphone was still on and recording his comments, stated in
the 1980s that we did not need to worry about all these environmental
problems since Armageddon was coming soon and the world would be destroyed
anyway...This bizarre view, held by a man who shaped and applied policy for
the Interior Department of the US Government, was later reported in the
general media. At the time a comical footnote perhaps. But what does it say
about the degree to which such beliefs may be shaping covert UFO policy - and
specifically disclosure plans? We have found that such views - bizarre as
they may seem to most - are heavily represented in covert policy development
on the UFO subject.
And most disconcerting of all: This strange mixture of military cosmic saber
- rattling and bizarre religious beliefs are the dominant forces shaping both
the 'civilian UFO community' and the planned eventual 'spin' on UFO
disclosure. Let the buyer beware.
To the rational and intellectual, such views seem ridiculous. Why, you might
ask, would anyone want a cosmic war in space, an Armageddon and the
destruction of the earth? To comprehend this, you have to get inside the head
of people who hold such beliefs - people like James Watts. In his case, why
worry about a little bit of deforestation, air pollution and areas of dead
oceans if the entire world is going to be destroyed in a couple of years
anyway?
But the thinking goes further than this. Because such fanatical thinking has
within it the concept that as a result of the Armageddon we will see the
return of Christ- and with it the good people's salvation. Now, people are
free to believe what they want. But what we have found is a deliberate
influencing of covert policy on UFOs by such beliefs. Some of these people
want Armageddon - and they want it ASAP.
Strictly speaking, the militarists and war-mongers, itching to 'kick some
alien butt' as it was said in the movie Independence Day, may actually only
want a pretext to justify their existence and get the world to eventually
spend huge sums of money on a perceived (if contrived) threat from space.
But in some cases - high up on the food chain of the covert entity running
UFO secrecy - the two views meet. A place where militarism and eschatology
merge. Where Star Wars and Armageddon join.
In tracing the history of both the UFO civilian community and the covert
policy-making group concerned with UFOs, we have found a growing penetration
of the latter into the former. So much so that at this point there are
projects which ostensibly are innocent civilian initiatives but which in
reality are totally controlled and financed by 'cut-outs' from ultra-secret
projects.
Moreover, our careful penetration of such projects yielded the disturbing
finding that deep-cover black project operatives are working closely with
alleged civilian researchers, journalists and UFO glitterati. CIA and
military intelligence operatives are working with civilian 'think tank'
heads, alongside very wealthy business people who are eschatologists, and
being advised by 'civilian' technologists and scientists - who are themselves
proponents of bizarre religious belief systems involving the end of the world
and ET s....
Thus, the new 'chosen ones' have been assembled. They are planning your
disclosure on the UFO/ET subject. They are owned by the money whores and
power brokers doing the bidding of the secret entity which runs UFO projects
to begin with. And it all looks like a civilian initiative. So innocent. So
well-intended. So 'scientific'. And by the way, the sky is falling courtesy
of ET and we need your money and your souls to defend against it.
Do not be deceived. You need to be awake to the darker scenarios which some
would like to thrust upon the world. And you need to know that there are
alternatives. If a 'disclosure' is unleashed on the world which is
xenophobic, militaristic and terrifying, know that it comes from the
spinmeisters of secrecy - regardless of how respectable the person or group
may appear to be.
And remember: Part of this disclosure plan involves the use of UFO look-alike
devices made by humans in an attack on earth or military assets of earth.
This would be a well-orchestrated use of advanced human technologies to hoax
an ET attack - all for the purpose of disclosing the truth with the desired
military-oriented spin. In such a scenario, most of humanity will be deceived
into believing the threat from space has arrived - and that we must fight it
at all costs. This is nothing more than long-term social security for the
military-industrial complex. There must be people who can expose this fraud.
But why should we wait for these darker scenarios to be unleashed on an
unsuspecting world?
Here is another idea: Why don't 'we the people' unite and launch a disclosure
which resembles the first one described above. An honest one. One which leads
to peace, not war. To a sustainable and beautiful world, free of pollution
and brimming with abundance, of all types. One which reaches out into the
unknown, instead of firing particle beam weapons into the darkness of space.

of secrecy
cannot tolerate is a spotlight shining right on it. And the more of us
holding the light, the better.
Evil steps in when good people do nothing. This is a lesson taught through
thousands of years of human history. We stand at the beginning of a new time,
and a new world awaits us. But we must embrace it, and help create it. For if
we are passive, others will have their way - at least in the short run.
