Elizabeth Burns Gamard
Elizabeth Burns Gamard received her Bachelor of Fine Arts with a minor
in Art History from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in 1981
and her Masters of Architecture from Yale University in 1984.
She has taught at Rice University in Houston, Central European University
in Prague and the Universities of Florida and Cincinnati, and is currently
an Associate Professor and the Associate Dean of Architecture at Tulane
University in New Orleans.
Elizabeth has published widely on issues pertaining to Northern and Central
European art and architecture, and is noted particularly for her work
on 19th and 20th-century German art, art education, and architecture.
